The Girl Who Was Told She'd Never Move Again
(Now I help people uncover who they really are)
11 years old. The slow death of a dream.
It wasn't a dramatic snap or a single moment. It was worse—a slow, nagging injury that gradually wore me down.
Doctor after doctor couldn't help. Treatment after treatment didn't work. Until finally, one doctor said the words that would change everything: "You'll never exercise again."
For a child who lived and breathed movement, this wasn't just medical advice. It was the end of everything I thought I was.
What happens when you lose your identity at 11?
You spiral. Hard.
I traded gymnastics mats for party scenes. Endorphins for alcohol. Dreams for destruction. By 17, I was a teenage mum, drowning in shame, convinced I'd become every statistic they whispered about.
But here's the thing about rock bottom—it's a solid foundation to build on.
The Comeback
At 20, terrified but desperate, I snuck into an aerobics class. The first time I moved my body intentionally in nearly a decade, I cried. Not from pain—from pure, overwhelming joy.
That moment ignited a career helping others find their way back to themselves.
The Missing Link
Seven years and hundreds of clients later, I discovered something that changed everything: the fitness industry was selling a lie.
People would transform their bodies but remain trapped in their minds. They'd lose weight but not find themselves.
The missing link? The mind.
I dove deep into NLP, behaviour change, and life coaching. Because here's what I learned: If you sort out your mind and your thoughts first, you can achieve anything.
Life's Encore
At 40, life dealt me the same cards again: broken relationship, broken Achilles (no not the same one), broken spirit.
This time, I chose radical reinvention. Solo backpacking through Costa Rica. A bold move to Brighton. Cold water swimming at sunrise.
The girl who was once paralyzed by fear of public speaking? She now delivers keynotes on international stages.
The Path to Inner Liberation
"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." - Carl Jung
So many people spend their whole lives trying to be what others or society expects. Which is why at a certain point, the real work becomes shedding the lies, the masks, and remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
This is the path of inner liberation, and it's never too late to begin.
What I Do Now
I help you strip back the noise and drop the mask to uncover who you really are beneath all the conditioning, expectations, and limiting beliefs.
This isn't about adding years to your life—it's about adding life to your years. It's about healthspan, not just lifespan.
My Approach
✨ Tap into your intuition—that inner knowing you've learned to ignore ⚡️ Trust yourself—your body, your instincts, your wisdom ✨ Strip back your thoughts—separate what's true from what's programmed ⚡️ Drop the mask—reveal the authentic you that's been waiting underneath
The Truth
You already have everything you need inside you. My job isn't to fix you—it's to help you remember who you were before the world told you who you should be.
